职位概况
通过电话方式与客户沟通，开展销售及客服工作，负责开发潜在客户并维护关系。
主要职责
- 利用公司提供的客户资源，进行电话销售，积极寻找潜在客户。
- 汇总、分析目标客户群，跟进服务，建立并维护良好客户关系。
- 接受客服部主管管理，执行电话营销计划，按时完成指标。
- 熟悉电话营销术语及产品信息，及时解答客户疑问，提升客户信心。
任职要求
- 具备市场洞察力，事业心强，责任心强，工作态度积极。
- 有电话销售经验者优先，大学期间有创业经历者优先。
- 对销售工作热情高，学习能力强，沟通能力优秀。
- 性格坚韧开朗，思维敏捷，具备应变和抗压能力。
