职位概况

机构审计岗负责组织和实施公司内部审计工作，确保业务合规并推动整改。

主要职责

组建审计团队并分配审计任务。
制定审计项目实施方案，指导审计组工作。
现场审计实施、协调沟通，收集并反馈审计信息。
征求并发布审计报告，跟踪整改落实。
完成审计工作总结与质量评估。

任职要求

财经、政法、审计类本科及以上学历。
3年以上财务、内审或合规工作经验，有人寿保险公司经历者优先。
熟悉寿险公司业务流程，持有中级以上财经类证书、CIA、CPA或ACCA者优先。
具备良好的沟通、学习及文字处理能力，英语读写能力良好。

必备技能

审计项目管理与报告撰写。
财务审计基础知识。
