职位概况
负责公司品牌定位、策略制定及整体品牌建设，推动产品线成长并落实品牌传播计划。
主要职责
- 确定品牌定位，制定短、中、长期发展策略及年度计划。
- 通过行业、竞品及消费者研究，洞察新产品机会并制定定位。
- 制定并执行品牌及产品营销方案、公益计划及素材创意。
- 开展市场零售数据、竞品及消费者研究，监测品牌健康度。
- 协助部门会议及完成上级交代的其他工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销或品牌相关专业。
- 5年以上品牌公关传播或品牌推广经验。
- 具备品牌管理理论基础及整合营销经验，具创新创意能力。
- 了解媒介、互联网，有较强的数据分析能力。
- 良好的语言表达、沟通能力，思维敏捷，具团队合作意识。
