职位概况
在长沙大悦城的YSL专柜，为顾客提供专业的品牌咨询与体验，完成公司制定的销售目标。
主要职责
- 为客户提供个性化的护肤、彩妆、香水咨询与产品体验。
- 达成并超额完成销售业绩指标。
- 维护并提升消费者关系，招募新客，提高忠诚度。
- 与百货/商场工作人员保持良好合作，执行陈列、清洁、盘点等日常运营工作。
- 熟悉美妆市场趋势及竞争品牌，遵守公司合规政策。
任职要求
- 热爱美妆零售行业，具备良好的沟通表达能力。
- 具备较强的学习适应能力和团队合作精神。
- 具备服务意识和一定的抗压能力。
必备技能
- 掌握品牌及产品知识（护肤、彩妆、香水）。
- 熟悉零售系统、数字化工具的基本使用。
