职位概况
负责幼儿园乐高教学与保育工作，遵守学校规章制度，促进幼儿身心健康发展。
主要职责
- 制定并执行班级教育工作计划，记录幼儿发展情况。
- 组织幼儿日常作息，确保动静交替、手脑并用。
- 主持每周班务会议，协调教师与保育员工作。
- 坚持正面教育，严禁体罚，积极启发幼儿。
- 参与教研活动，创编教材、制作教具。
- 做好交接班、家园联系手册及家长沟通工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，持有幼教教师资格证者优先。
- 2年以上幼儿园教学经验，具备独立带班授课能力。
- 良好的沟通协调能力，能与学生、同事及家长保持良好关系。
- 具备文书处理、组织及电脑操作能力。
必备技能
- 英文听说读写能力佳。
- 熟练使用办公电脑及常用软件。
