负责网约车司机的培训与管理，使用英语进行授课和沟通，协助平台完成司机考核指标。

主要职责

对接平台，带领团队完成司机考核目标。
通过微信、钉钉、电话等渠道与司机沟通。
制定并执行月度培训计划，提升司机服务水平。
维护网约车系统后台，确保数据准确。

任职要求

熟练使用办公软件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。
具备良好的英语沟通能力。
有培训经验者优先。
