职位概况
负责外勤销售团队的新人培训、产品知识讲解及业务技能提升，提升团队专业能力，帮助销售转化业绩。
主要职责
- 对内培训与赋能，组织新人岗位培训、产品讲解和技能训练。
- 业务支持及对外展业，协助业务推动并陪同客户拜访。
- 课程研发与主持，搭建培训体系、开发课件并主持各类活动。
- 追踪与辅导，跟进学员表现并提供针对性辅导。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，具备保险行业培训讲师或组训经验。
- 形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备优秀的语言表达和公众演说能力。
- 具备课程研发与讲授能力，有主持经验者优先。
