职位概况
负责项目中央空调及给排水系统的管理、维修保养及优化，协助工程经理开展节能降耗工作。
主要职责
- 制定并执行中央空调、给排水设施的维修保养计划，组织实施并完成验收。
- 处理暖通、给排水相关客诉，优化空调舒适度及运行策略。
- 组织调查项目工程事故，分析处理并落实善后措施。
- 监管暖通、给排水改造工程，完成调试验收、档案交接及整改。
- 配合工程经理，挖掘节能降耗机会，制定并实施节能策略，进行能耗分析。
任职要求
- 全日制大专及以上学历，40岁以下，5年以上空调或给排水相关工作经验。
- 具备助理工程师或以上技术职称。
- 熟悉写字楼建筑结构、装修及暖通、空调系统管理。
- 具备良好的口头、书面表达能力，能够指导和控制空调管理工作。
必备技能
- 熟练使用CAD软件进行图纸绘制和修改。
- 熟练使用PowerPoint等常用办公软件。
