职位概况
负责在长沙地区为YSL品牌提供专业咨询与销售服务，致力于提升客户体验并完成业绩指标。
主要职责
- 为客户提供品牌咨询、产品推荐及使用指导。
- 达成公司设定的销售目标，维护并拓展客群。
- 与百货/商场工作人员协作，执行陈列、清洁、盘点等日常运营。
- 了解美妆市场趋势，掌握竞品信息。
任职要求
- 热爱美妆零售行业，具备良好沟通表达能力。
- 具备学习适应能力和团队合作精神。
- 能够使用零售系统及数字化工具。
必备技能
- 品牌及产品知识（护肤、彩妆、香水）。
- 销售技巧与客户关系维护。
