职位概况
本岗位面向应届毕业生，提供在农场及公司人资行政等部门的轮岗培养机会，帮助快速熟悉业务流程并提升专业能力。
主要职责
- 在农场基础岗位轮岗学习3-6个月，了解业务流程及产业形态。
- 轮岗结束后调至人资行政中心、董事办公室或总办等部门进行试岗，培养专业素养。
- 推动职能与业务融合，满足业务发展需求。
任职要求
- 人力资源、行政管理、工商管理、秘书学等相关专业。
- 接受农场轮岗安排，适应农场工作环境。
- 吃苦耐劳，积极主动，具备较强的沟通协调能力。
