职位概况
我们提供前沿数据科学实践机会，聚焦跨境业务与智能制造场景（如营销、媒介、CRM），通过数据驱动解决真实业务痛点。
主要职责
- 参与营销领域的数据建模与用户画像建设，完善CRM用户标签体系。
- 设计并开发行为标签、预测标签，满足业务对用户标签的需求。
- 学习并使用AWS、Azure等主流云服务技术。
- 协同搭建数据集市、Data Pipeline调度工作流，构建数据回流闭环及效果评估体系。
- 深入业务需求，与跨职能团队合作，运用算法解决实际业务问题。
任职要求
- 本科及以上理工科背景。
- 具备计算机与编程基础，了解大数据生态、数据建模与数据科学。
- 对用户画像与CRM领域有浓厚兴趣。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神、自驱力、沟通能力和独立解决问题的能力。
