职位概况
负责线性产品（滚柱导轨、滚珠导轨、滚珠丝杠传动系统）的研发与塑料件设计，支持产品落地并提供技术支持。
主要职责
- 开发适合市场的线性产品，重点负责塑料件设计。
- 支持现有产品的参数配置、系统维护及跨部门协调。
- 为研发、销售、采购、质量、物流、生产等部门提供技术支持。
- 根据客户需求协助销售提供线性产品解决方案。
- 进行市场技术趋势洞察及竞争对手对标，为产品设计与优化提供输入。
- 完成公司或部门安排的其他工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械制造及其自动化或相关专业，硕士优先。
- 具备线性传动产品生产技术或工程设计经验者优先。
- 具备塑料件机械设计经验或滚珠丝杠传动系统设计与应用经验。
- 熟悉SAP等产品数据管理系统，具备Creo使用经验者优先。
- 熟悉注塑、冲压、车削、铣削、磨削等加工工艺。
- 具备熟练的英语听说读写能力，德语能力者优先。
- 具备独立思考、学习和工作能力，可接受国内外短期出差。
