TransPerfect 是全球语言服务与技术领军企业，现招聘上海客户经理，负责管理现有客户项目，提供本地化解决方案。
主要职责
- 跟进、协调内部资源，完成项目报价与交付。
- 与客户保持紧密联系，作为主要商务联系人。
- 与运营团队合作，确保项目按时交付并提升客户满意度。
- 挖掘客户新需求，拓展业务机会。
任职要求
- 商务管理、市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 1-3 年 B2B 销售或客户管理经验，有乙方服务或本地化行业经验者优先。
- 工作主动、抗压能力强，反应敏捷，具备良好团队协作精神。
- 中英双语流利，具备出色的沟通与问题解决能力。
必备技能
- 中英文流利沟通。
