职位概况
我们正在寻找具备电商平台运营经验的广告优化师，负责Shopify站点及海外广告投放，提升用户转化率和投资回报。
主要职责
- 熟悉Shopify建站流程，优化网站结构、产品页面及用户体验。
- 制定并执行Google、Facebook、Bing等平台的广告投放计划，进行关键词、创意及受众优化。
- 定期分析销售、库存及广告数据，输出报告并提出改进方案。
- 监控广告效果，持续优化投放策略，提高ROI。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，英语CET-6，具备良好的听说读写能力。
- 3年以上独立站运营经验，熟悉至少一种引流渠道（Facebook、Google、Bing、Pinterest等）。
- 了解网购者行为，具备品牌项目经验者优先。
- 工作积极主动，具备较强学习能力、执行力和团队合作精神，对SEM有浓厚兴趣。
