职位概况
负责生产设备的紧急维修及定期保养，确保设备安全、正常运行，支持能源管理和成本节约。
主要职责
- 按计划完成设备预防性维护和巡检，及时发现并报告潜在故障。
- 抢修机械/电气故障，排除紧急故障，保证生产连续性。
- 协助工程师改进工装夹具和设备，提交备件采购建议。
- 遵守安全操作规程和EHS规定，降低备件消耗。
任职要求
- 中专及以上学历，设备维修5年以上工作经验。
- 机械及电气自动化相关专业，持有特种作业电工证。
- 能适应倒班工作，具备良好的沟通与团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟悉低压电气元件及电气图纸阅读。
- 具备钳工装配和气动元件（阀、气缸）使用经验。
- 熟练使用西门子或三菱PLC，能够进行简单程序调试。
- 熟悉ABB或安川六轴工业机器人系统，具备调试经验。
