职位概况

负责在凯悦酒店集团战略和品牌标准指引下，统筹西安浐灞凯悦酒店人力资源部的整体运营，确保部门高效运作，满足员工、客人及业主的期待。

主要职责

制定并落实人力资源战略、政策与流程。
监督招聘、培训、绩效管理、薪酬福利等日常工作。
推动企业文化落地，践行凯悦信念。
与酒店管理层协作，支持业务目标实现。

任职要求

人力资源管理、酒店或旅游管理等相关专业本科或大专学历。
至少2年大型机构人力资源部总监或经理工作经验。
具备良好的经营管理、行政管理及人际沟通能力。

必备技能

熟悉人力资源各模块流程。
了解酒店行业运营特点。
