职位概况
负责净化装置的现场操作与维护，确保安全、效率并符合公司环保健康安全标准。
主要职责
- 执行现场巡检，发现并消除安全隐患。
- 遵守工艺安全、变更管理（MOC）及运行危险性分析（OPHR）要求。
- 根据应急预案在主操指导下处理紧急事故，协助恢复装置运行。
- 记录日常及月度生产报告。
- 参加安全会议，执行安全审计并撰写报告。
- 推动现场持续改进，分享最佳操作经验。
- 对新入职的现场运行人员进行培训。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，化学工程、机械工程或工业自动化仪表等相关专业优先。
- 具备1年以上净化装置或类似工厂现场经验者优先。
- 学习能力强，具备良好的人际沟通能力，勤奋诚实，具备高度安全意识。
- 能够适应倒班工作。
必备技能
- 熟悉工艺安全及环保健康安全标准。
- 了解变更管理（MOC）和运行危险性分析（OPHR）流程。
