职位概况
星享·横琴天沐酒店餐饮部招聘实习生，负责协助餐前准备、现场服务及客诉处理，适合热爱餐饮服务的在校学生。
主要职责
- 准时参加班组例会，完成开餐前的准备与检查。
- 熟悉包厢、会议厅的台型布置及物品摆放标准。
- 按照服务流程为客人提供会务及餐饮服务。
- 与传菜员配合，提供高效、优质的餐中服务。
- 收集客人意见，协助解决就餐或会务中的问题。
- 遇客诉及时向领班汇报并协助处理。
- 班次交接，完成上级交代的其他工作。
任职要求
- 中专或高中以上学历。
- 普通话标准，具备一定粤语基础。
- 年龄16岁以上，身心健康，品行端正。
- 具备主动沟通和表达能力。
必备技能
- 良好的语言表达与沟通能力。
我们提供
- 月薪2400-2600元人民币。
- 每月6天休息。
- 包吃包住。
