职位概况

负责肺癌治疗领域的产品科学信息传递、资源管理及客户服务，收集临床需求与反馈，提升患者获益。

主要职责

管理内外部资源，向医生及专家传递罗氏产品关键信息。
收集并反馈药品临床使用情况、不良反应及需求。
组织、协调治疗领域学术会议，推动治疗规范建设。
支持患者解决方案经理，关注疾病全程管理与方案优化。

任职要求

3年以上医药行业工作经验，具备销售、市场或医学背景优先。
跨职能协作经验佳，具备卓越合规意识。
医学或药学相关本科及以上学历。

必备技能

熟悉医药行业法规与合规要求。
具备良好的医学信息沟通能力。
