职位概况
负责高压铸造铝合金汽车零部件的生产管理，涵盖熔炼、压铸及后处理工艺，确保生产过程的质量与效率。
主要职责
- 组织和监督高压铸造现场的生产运行。
- 实施过程控制与质量管理，提升产品合格率。
- 优化生产工艺，降低成本并提升产能。
任职要求
- 具备高压压铸生产或工艺技术岗位5年以上经验，年龄45岁以下；或理工科本科及以上学历，具备2年以上机械行业生产管理经验，年龄40岁以下。
- 熟悉精益生产、QMS、数据管理与分析。
- 具备良好的英文口头及书面表达能力（如适用）。
