职位概况
负责酒店安保部门的整体运营与管理，维护酒店安全形象，协调内部外部资源，确保各项安全标准落实到位。
主要职责
- 与社区非官方领导及相关人士沟通，树立酒店良好声誉。
- 制定并执行部门工作标准，组织日常巡查、检查及紧急演练。
- 监督保安人员值勤、培训及纪律，确保不携带武器等违规行为。
- 分析报案记录，制定行动计划，协助警方调查犯罪事故。
- 为大型活动（研讨会、会议、婚庆等）制定安保方案，并与人力资源、财务部门共同编制预算。
任职要求
- 具备至少4年保安工作经验，且有军队或执法背景。
- 拥有管理经验或相当的教育与工作背景。
- 良好的沟通能力，能够代表酒店与客人、员工及第三方交流。
- 持有安全、培训或执法相关证书（如CPR、救生员证书）。
