职位概况
在博世集团上海研发中心，负责产品与服务概念的用户体验研究与测试，推动以用户为中心的设计文化。
主要职责
- 设计、规划并执行用户研究与可用性测试，收集并分析用户需求。
- 主持访谈、焦点小组及民族志研究，形成可落地的洞察。
- 向高级管理层汇报研究结果，制作报告与演示材料。
- 为区域团队提供用户旅程洞察，开展培训与工作坊，提升全员的用户思维。
任职要求
- 心理学、社会学、人类学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上用户研究项目管理与执行经验，熟悉定性与定量研究方法。
- 具备访谈、焦点小组主持及工作坊引导能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用用户研究与可用性测试工具。
- 优秀的报告撰写与演示沟通能力。
