职位概况
我们正在寻找具备3年以上平面设计经验的设计师，负责社交媒体内容排版、营销海报及视频制作，确保视觉效果符合品牌调性。
主要职责
- 负责社交媒体内容的排版设计，保持视觉与品牌一致。
- 创作营销海报，包括活动宣传和产品介绍。
- 剪辑制作视频，用于社交媒体、网站等平台推广。
- 参与团队创意讨论，提出并落实设计方案。
任职要求
- 设计、视觉传达或相关专业，3年以上工作经验。
- 具备良好审美和创新能力，能独立完成任务。
- 良好的沟通与团队合作精神，适应快节奏工作环境。
- 有社交媒体内容创作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign。
- 熟练使用Premiere Pro、After Effects、Final Cut Pro等视频编辑软件。
