职位概况
负责高端房地产项目的社群日常运营与管理，制定并落地运营策略，提升客户活跃度与满意度。
主要职责
- 策划并组织线上线下社群活动，打造节日IP特色活动。
- 维护高端客户社群关系，及时响应需求并处理问题。
- 每周分析社群数据，输出运营报告，优化转化效果。
- 挖掘并维护业主KOL，引导业主主动构建社群生态。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上高端社群运营经验，房地产行业经验优先。
- 具备从0到1搭建社群的完整经历，熟悉活动策划与执行。
- 拥有广州本地高端商务资源，能够快速链接并转化为合作。
- 熟悉社群运营工具，具备活动策划能力。
