我们正在寻找具备创意与执行力的平面设计师，主要负责社交媒体及电商平台的视觉创意与落地。候选人需具备独立思考和良好的沟通协作能力，能够在快节奏的环境中推动项目进展。
主要职责
- 为社交媒体平台提供平面设计创意并执行落地。
- 为电商平台策划并实现视觉设计方案。
- 独立完成设计构思，具备创新与逻辑思维能力。
- 多线程沟通协调，确保项目按时交付。
- 营造良好团队氛围，提升协作效率。
任职要求
- 1 年以上广告行业工作经验，具快消品客户服务经历。
- 具备消费者洞察力和优秀的美术创意能力。
- 熟悉各类内容与美术风格，能够熟练使用办公软件。
- 思维活跃，沟通能力佳，工作热情，责任心强，具团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件（如 Photoshop、Illustrator、PowerPoint 等）。
- 具备视频剪辑能力（加分项）。
