职位概况
通过电话与老客户维护、产品续费及新业务开拓，完成销售目标并提供合作方案。
主要职责
- 通过电话联系并维护老客户，推动产品续费。
- 筛选并跟进潜在客户线索，开展新业务。
- 上门拜访客户，介绍业务并制定合作方案。
- 达成销售业绩，争取团队奖励和分红。
任职要求
- 年龄23至35岁，无专业限制。
- 有意愿挑战高薪，具备进取心。
- 踏实勤奋，做事认真。
- 优秀应届毕业生或有销售、客服经验者优先。
必备技能

- 底薪+绩效奖金+业务提成（5%‑23%）+工龄工资+全勤奖+分红等，月薪3000‑10000元，上不封顶。
