职位概况
负责区域生态圈资源管理，带领团队服务客户，传递罗氏产品关键信息，实现抗感染治疗领域的业务目标，提升患者获益。
主要职责
- 依据区域策略制定生态圈发展目标并执行计划，分析业务机会与风险。
- 带领团队与客户及合作伙伴建立信任合作，提升当地医疗质量和药物可及性。
- 参与制定人员及业务管理计划，招聘、辅导、发展团队成员。
- 分配并管理预算资源，确保业务合规并开展必要培训。
任职要求
- 5年以上医药行业工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
- 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历。
- 具备业务及资源规划能力、优秀的沟通与资源整合能力。
- 高度合规意识，能够在合规框架下推动业务发展。
必备技能
- 系统思维、协作共赢、辅导培养能力。
