职位概况
负责进出库原材料、半成品、废料等的称重、记录和核对，确保称重数据准确并完成磅单的开具与审核，配合库房及相关部门完成日常工作。
主要职责
- 对进厂原材料、辅料、货物进行称重，记录毛重、皮重、净重。
- 对出库成品、半成品、废料进行称量，核对车辆、货物信息与磅单一致。
- 开具、审核磅单，确保数据完整、字迹清晰。
- 与库房管理员核对入厂单据，发现差异及时上报。
- 负责地磅日常检查、5S清理并配合计量管理部门完成周期性检定。
- 汇总每日过磅统计报表，上报仓库主管。
- 维护磅房及磅秤区域作业秩序，指挥车辆规范停放。
- 遵守安全操作规程，防止人员、车辆及设备事故。
- 协助完成临时性任务及配合财务、生产、矿山等部门的货物验收、结算工作。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历。
- 1年以上仓库或计量相关工作经验，有司磅经验者优先。
必备技能
- 称重操作与数据记录。
- 磅单审核与管理。
- 基本的5S现场管理。
