职位概况
负责协同项目经理推进施工进度，管理现场日常事务，确保工程质量和进度符合规范要求。
主要职责
- 协同项目经理推进施工进度管理，严格把控工期节点。
- 负责施工现场日常管理事务，建立问题反馈机制并提出合理化建议。
- 规范编制工程八大管控资料，确保资料完整性和合规性。
- 系统采集并归档八大管控过程影像资料，建立完整的施工过程追溯体系。
任职要求
- 统招工程类相关专业在校生或应届毕业生，土木工程、建筑工程技术等专业优先。
- 精通Office办公套件，熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint。
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，责任心强，能适应工地现场工作环境。
- 学习能力强，能快速掌握岗位专业技能，实习期不少于6个月。
