职位概况
月子中心招聘护士，负责产妇及新生儿的入住检查、日常护理及母乳喂养指导，提供舒适安全的产后恢复环境。
主要职责
- 对产妇及新生儿进行入住前检查，确保健康状况符合入住标准。
- 提供产妇和新生儿的日常护理，包括体温、体重、喂养等监测。
- 开展母乳喂养宣教，指导产妇正确哺乳技巧。
- 出所前进行护理评估，提供恢复指导和健康建议。
任职要求
- 助产士或护理专业背景优先。
- 具备产科护理相关知识和技能。
- 能够适应轮班工作，早晚班轮换。
必备技能
