职位概况
我们在北京招聘律师实习生，主要涉及资本市场和争议解决业务。实习期每周四至五天，可现场或远程工作，表现优秀者有转正机会。
主要职责
- 协助律师进行法律文书起草与审查。
- 参与资本市场项目的尽职调查与合规审查。
- 支持争议解决案件的材料准备与翻译工作。
- 配合项目团队完成加班和出差任务。
任职要求
- 法学专业本科以上学历，2022 年毕业或在读硕士优先。
- 通过国家法律职业资格考试，拥有证券从业资格。
- 具备英语工作语言能力，有翻译项目经验者优先。
- 具备良好的写作、沟通与协调能力，诚实可靠。
必备技能
- 熟悉中国法律法规及证券监管要求。
- 能够使用英语进行法律文献阅读与翻译。
