职位概况

负责制定并落地店铺培训体系，提升终端团队业务能力，支撑品牌运营目标。

主要职责

根据品牌定位和店铺需求制定年度、季度、月度培训规划，优化培训体系。
独立开发和迭代培训课程及教材，覆盖产品工艺、设计理念、品牌文化、VIP服务、销售技巧等。
主导新业态门店培训落地，提供集中授课、场景演练、巡店带教等支持，确保技能落地。
建立培训效果评估体系，追踪业绩、客户反馈等，分析并持续优化培训方案。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，市场营销、珠宝设计等专业优先。
3年以上高端珠宝或奢侈品行业高级培训师或培训主管经验。
具备培训规划、课程开发、授课表达、带教提升及沟通协作能力。
能适应全国范围出差，形象气质佳，具备高端品牌服务意识。

年薪20-30万元（面议），根据资质弹性调整。
在潍坊及全国主要城市出差机会，支持异地办公。
