我们招聘施工员，负责现场施工、质量与安全的全面控制，工作地点可在国内或海外项目部。
主要职责
- 现场施工组织与管理
- 质量检查与安全监督
- 协调各专业施工团队，确保进度
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，土木工程等相关专业
- 认真细致，具备强烈的事业心和责任感
- 良好的沟通与团队协作能力，思维敏捷，善于总结经验
- 心理素质坚韧，具备应变和抗压能力
必备技能
