职位概况
负责为客户提供广告视觉创意执行，包括包装、线下物料、电商长图、推文等设计，配合团队完成高质量视觉作品。
主要职责
- 配合团队完成客户广告视觉创意执行，输出包装、线下物料、电商长图、推文等设计。
- 对接客户修改意见，精准理解客户审美及需求，高效完成画面微调、方案迭代。
- 沟通设计细节，平衡画面审美与营销传播效果。
- 承担其他与视觉相关的创意工作。
任职要求
- 全日制大专及以上学历，视觉传达、平面设计、美术等相关专业。
- 2年以上广告行业经验，有快消、美妆客户物料传播设计、电商设计、社交媒体设计经验者优先。
- 深厚的美术设计功底，画面表现力强，具备较高艺术修养。
- 较强的工作责任心与抗压能力，结果导向。
