职位概况
我们正在招聘销售代表，负责通过渠道、终端管理及客户服务，推动公司销售目标的实现。该岗位要求本科以上学历，适合热爱销售、具备积极工作态度的候选人。
主要职责
- 渠道管理，维护并拓展渠道合作伙伴。
- 终端管理，确保终端销售顺畅。
- 促销资源管理，策划并执行促销活动。
- 使用CRM系统进行客户信息管理。
- 使用CSMS系统进行服务与支持。
- 提供日常客户服务，提升客户满意度。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历。
- 积极的工作态度，热心、自信、开放、乐于助人。
- 热爱销售工作，具备敬业精神和责任感。
必备技能
- 吃苦耐劳，具备良好的沟通能力。
- 基本管理能力，能够进行谈判和处理异议。
- 应变能力，快速适应变化。
- 熟悉CRM系统。
- 熟悉CSMS系统。
