我们在银行逾期回款项目中招聘电话客服，工作环境为全空调室内办公，无需外出，提供免费住宿。
主要职责
- 依据银行要求，以专业规范的方式致电逾期客户，促进回款。
- 遵守公司管理制度，服从工作安排。
- 配合团队完成高效率的工作任务。
任职要求
- 年满18岁，普通话流利，口齿清晰，声音富有感染力。
- 对电话客服工作充满热情，具备较强学习能力和沟通能力。
- 性格坚韧，思维敏捷，能承受工作压力并快速应变。
必备技能
- 熟悉电脑操作，能够使用常规办公软件。
我们提供
- 试用期薪资4000-6000元/月，转正后6000-15000元/月（含基本工资、全勤奖、提成和奖金）。
- 五险一金、免费住宿、法定节假日正常休息。
- 新人岗前带薪培训，三天即可上岗。
