职位概况
我们在甲级写字楼招聘呼叫中心电话客服，负责对联通用户进行回访与增值业务推广，提供舒适的办公环境与丰富的福利。
主要职责
- 通过电脑系统回访联通新老用户，进行关怀维系。
- 向用户介绍最新活动，办理套餐升级等增值业务。
任职要求
- 年龄18-40岁，男女不限，中专/高中及以上学历（有经验可放宽）。
- 普通话标准，口齿清晰，具备良好服务意识。
- 能够熟练使用电脑进行基础操作。
- 性格沉稳、乐观积极，身体健康，无不良嗜好。
必备技能
- 计算机基础操作
