职位概况

负责酒店泳池区域的安全监护，确保宾客在水域活动中的人身安全。

主要职责

  • 每日巡查泳池区域，执行救生观察流程，及时排除溺水隐患。
  • 熟练使用泳池救生设备，紧急情况下启动急救预案并实施心肺复苏等救援措施。
  • 协助运营团队进行泳池设施维护与水质监测，确保符合卫生防疫标准。
  • 为宾客提供游泳安全指导，解答使用问题，提升宾客体验。

任职要求

  • 持有国家初级救生员资格证书及健康证。
  • 具备1年以上酒店泳池或水上场所工作经验者优先。
  • 良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能在高压环境下保持冷静。
  • 工作责任心强，遵守岗位纪律，无违规记录。

必备技能

  • 泳池救生设备操作
  • 心肺复苏（CPR）
  • 急救技能实操
