职位概况
负责注塑模具的安装、调试、日常维护及异常处理，确保生产设备稳定运行。
主要职责
- 进行注塑模具的现场安装与调试，确保模具正常使用。
- 处理生产过程中出现的模具故障，及时维修与调整。
- 参与新模具的试模、验收并记录技术数据。
- 管理模具存储，维护使用记录。
任职要求
- 具备模具相关专业背景，能适应加班。
- 熟悉注塑模具结构和工作原理，具备故障判断与处理能力。
- 能够熟练使用常用维修工具和测量仪器，具备基本识图能力。
- 了解注塑成型工艺及材料特性，能配合进行基础工艺调整。
- 责任心强，具备安全意识和团队协作精神，适应现场工作环境。
