职位概况
负责现场施工管理，统筹机械及气路安装调试，确保项目按计划交付。需在高压环境下做出决策并有效控制成本。
主要职责
- 制定并执行现场工作、人员及交付计划。
- 组织机械、气路的安装与调试工作。
- 协调各部门资源，推动项目进度。
- 监控成本，落实成本控制措施。
- 长期出差至各施工现场，确保现场安全与质量。
任职要求
- 5年以上相关工作经验，至少3年现场管理或线经理经验。
- 熟悉白车身生产线及OEM车间布局、工艺流程。
- 具备良好的决策力、抗压能力和人际沟通能力。
- 愿意长期出差并持续提升业务知识。
必备技能
- 机械安装与气路调试
- Windows操作系统
- MS Office、MS Project
- CAD、CATIA
