Job description

职位概况

负责全国母婴门店社群的日常运营与连锁渠道终端活动，提升门店活跃度、产品认可度及动销能力。通过精细化互动和激励机制，搭建品牌与线下门店的沟通桥梁。

主要职责

日常维护全国门店店主社群，保持高频互动与活跃度。
执行社群激励政策，统计新客数据并发放礼品奖励。
定时输出行业干货、销售技巧及激励短句，提升品牌认同感。
收集门店需求与市场反馈，及时同步至相关部门。
搭建连锁店员激励体系，统计积分并对接礼品兑换。
监控活动效果，优化活动形式与激励规则。
记录并汇总运营数据，配合渠道销售团队完成终端赋能。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，1年以上社群运营或渠道推广经验；有母婴或快消行业经验者优先。
熟悉社群维护、活动执行及用户激励方法，文字表达能力佳。
工作细致负责，具备执行力和抗压能力，数据准确。
熟练使用微信、线上运营平台及Excel等办公工具。
具备服务意识与团队协作精神，乐于配合销售一线完成目标。
