职位概况
负责构建与运营全球开发者社区，制定成长策略，提升开发者活跃度与黏性，推动技术生态繁荣。
主要职责
- 策划并执行线上线下技术活动，如黑客松、技术沙龙及行业大会。
- 协同产品、技术团队优化开发者文档、SDK/API工具。
- 管理GitHub、Discord、Stack Overflow等平台内容，及时响应社区反馈。
- 通过数据分析监测社区健康度，定期输出运营报告并迭代策略。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上开发者社区或技术运营经验，机器人/IoT/AI领域优先。
- 中英文流利，掌握德、日、韩等语言者加分。
- 具备跨团队协作能力，能推动产品、市场、研发需求落地。
必备技能
- 熟悉GitHub、Discord、Reddit等开发者平台运营。
- 具备技术内容创作能力，如教程、案例、技术博客。
- 数据分析与活动策划能力。
