职位概况
负责地暖项目现场施工的组织、协调与进度跟进，确保施工质量和进度符合要求。
主要职责
- 沟通协调甲方、监理、总包、劳务单位及公司内部相关人员，推进项目施工。
- 跟踪现场施工情况，及时汇报进度和问题。
- 配合项目经理对进场材料的规格、数量、质量进行验收。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 大学专科及以上学历，市场营销、工程等相关专业。
- 具备较强的沟通协调、问题分析及团队协作能力。
- 学习能力强，能快速掌握产品和项目知识。
- 工作目标明确，积极主动，具备良好的执行力和抗压能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Word办公软件。
- 熟练使用Excel进行数据处理。
- 熟练使用Powerpoint制作汇报材料。
