About the role
We are seeking a motivated International Tax Consultant to join our Shanghai office. The role will support corporate clients on cross‑border tax matters, ensuring compliance with Chinese and international regulations while delivering high‑quality advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with international tax planning and compliance projects.
- Prepare and review tax filings, documentation, and reports for multinational transactions.
- Research and interpret tax laws in China and relevant jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals to develop tax strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Japanese.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
- Flexibility, open‑mindedness and a creative mindset.
- Strong business sense, analytical and organisational abilities.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills, self‑initiated and results‑oriented.
