职位概况
我们正在寻找具备1-3年经验的视觉设计师，负责高质量视觉创作，确保符合品牌形象和市场需求。
主要职责
- 与产品经理、开发团队协作，确保设计可实施。
- 根据反馈进行设计迭代，持续优化视觉界面。
- 准备并呈现设计演示，阐释设计思路和成果。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、平面设计等相关专业优先。
- 1-3年相关工作经验，热爱Web3并有相关经验者优先。
- 具备良好的项目管理能力，能在紧迫的截止日期下工作。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Photoshop。
- 熟练使用Illustrator。
