职位概况

我们正在招聘网络客服，负责C端顾客社群管理及微信客户维护，提供专业的线上服务支持。

主要职责

C端顾客社群管理，提升用户活跃度。
维护微信客户，及时响应需求。
按照回访周期和话术进行私信回访。
处理订单相关事务。
完成上级交代的其他工作。

任职要求

熟练使用WPS办公软件。
具备较强的执行力和责任心。

必备技能

WPS办公软件操作能力。

我们提供

朝九晚五工作制，午休1.5小时。
