职位概况
负责社群的日常运营与管理，提升用户活跃度并促进资源对接，协助公司在微信生态内开展线上线下活动。
主要职责
- 维护社群成员关系，完成新会员入库及信息更新。
- 策划并执行社群服务与资源对接工作。
- 熟悉微信生态玩法，提供用户咨询与服务。
- 协助组织社群线下及线上活动，提升用户参与度。
任职要求
- 全日制本科在读或已毕业，大专亦可。
- 无经验者公司提供一对一岗前培训。
- 具备良好的文案功底，善于互动交流。
- 热爱社群、互联网及流量运营，细心有条理。
必备技能
- 熟悉微信生态及社群运营基本方式。
