职位概况
负责全国多个区域重点客户（以孩子王为主）的销售推进工作，需适应长期出差，双休制。
主要职责
- 推进年度销售规划、季度方案及月度跟进。
- 协同当地拜访，提供现场支持。
- 管理费用预算，进行盈利分析。
- 组织年度客户T2T会议。
任职要求
- 能够接受10-15天的长期出差。
- 拥有3年以上婴配粉/奶粉销售经验，且曾管理规模超过1亿元的团队。
- 抗压能力强，具备优秀的沟通与数据分析能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel进行数据处理。
- 熟练使用PowerPoint制作报告与文案。
