职位概况
本岗位隶属PE制程单元，负责产品的组装、测试与维护，确保质量与功能达标，并需配合短期出差学习或转移产品技术。
主要职责
- 参与产品的组装、测试与维护，确保质量合格。
- 协助生产设备除错，分析制程问题。
- 收集、分析并归纳实验、研究数据。
- 完成工程师或主管交办的任务。
- 编写作业指导书并进行安排。
- 进行基本电脑操作。
- 配合短期出国出差，进行技术学习或转移。
任职要求
- 具备撰写基本测试报告与开发文件的能力。
- 良好的问题分析与解决能力。
- 具备良好沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
- 对新技术充满热诚，学习意愿强。
- 能够配合出差者优先。
必备技能
- 基本电脑操作（如Office软件）。
