Job description
职位概况
负责现场生产设备的操作、监控和维护，确保工艺指标符合要求，支持生产线的正常运行。
主要职责
- 操作、控制并监测生产设备，记录测量值并分析异常。
- 检查仪表、管线，发现问题及时处理或上报。
- 负责原料、辅助材料及回收材料的投料及包装卸车。
- 执行现场清扫、清洗及5S、安全规范。
- 使用防爆叉车、电瓶叉车和高位叉车进行物料搬运。
任职要求
- 高中或中专以上，化学、化工相关专业优先。
- 具现场操作或DCS操作经验，熟悉压力管道、压力容器及危险化学品操作。
- 能够阅读并执行PID、操作手册。
- 能适应四班两倒工作制。
